Jay Unger & Phil Sykes

JAY UNGER: Jay grew up in the Charleston area on Edisto Island. After graduating from Episcopal High School, he completed his Bachelor of Arts at Wofford College in 1996.

Jay became a full time real estate agent in 1996. He has been a recipient of the Realtor of Distinction award at both the Executive and President Circle levels. He has also been repeatedly listed in a Diamond Society, and received a Lifetime Achievement award for selling over $100 million in the Charleston area.

Jay resides with his family in Mount Pleasant, and enjoys spending time traveling and boating. He is a member of St. Michael's Church, Carolina Yacht Club, and Hobcaw Yacht Club.

PHIL SYKES: Born and Raised in paradise, Charleston South Carolina. Undergraduate Studies at the College of Charleston and Graduate Studies at The Citadel. Started selling real estate in the 90's and have never looked back. I really enjoy helping people find their family and vacation homes. When I am not working I enjoy Traveling, Golf, Fishing, Boating, Concerts, and the Beach. Consistently ranked among the top 5% of all realtors in Charleston my partner, Jay Unger, and I strive to provide the best service possible for all of our clients.
